Tentative Events Schedule

Noon - 5:00 PM:      Meet, greet and games @ Eclipse Brewing

 

2:00 - 5:00 PM         Event set up 

 

5:00 PM                   Doors open; check-in and nametags

 

5:00 - 6:00 PM         Horderves and beverages (self-serve)

 

5:30 - 6:00 PM         Welcome (open mic)

 

6:00 - 7:00 PM         Dinner (family style)

 

7:00 - 10:00 PM       Party Time!

 

10:00 - 11:00 PM     Clean up

 

General Information

 

Facilities: We have access to the upper level with dance floor and seating capacity of 140, plus an outdoor deck with views to the adjacent park. We also have access to a smaller space downstairs, with a seating capacity of about 60. Non-smoking building and grounds. Consumption of beer and wine is permitted. Hard liquor is prohibited.


Registration: On arrival through the front door, please proceed to the registration table in the upstairs hall to pick up your name tag and program (?). We request everyone to please wear their name tag.


Attire: Dress as you like!


Restrooms:  There are two accessible restrooms on each floor off the main stairwell. 


Parking:  Parking is available on site, approximately 35 spaces, plus ample street parking on the north side of Somerset St. and other adjacent streets.

Community Breakfast 10:00 AM       Please RSVP to the breakfast so that we know how much food to provide
Community Meeting 11:00 AM   Will be held in one of the upstairs meeting rooms
Lunch 1:00  We will be calling out for some pizzas
Live Music 1:30   In the Theater

Movie Time 5:00 - 7:00  Hours of original CAS videos as recored on our SONY video tape system.
Reunion 7:00   Reunion begins at 7pm with drinks and Hors D' Oeuvres served inside the Event Tent
Dinner 8:30   Buffet Style Dinner including vegetarian dishes served in the Event Tent
Open Bar 7:00 – 11:00   Beer, Wine, Soda, and Water
 
General Information
Registration: On arrival please proceed to the registration table in the upstairs hallway to pick up your name tag and program. We are asking everyone to please wear their name tag.
Attire: Dress as you like!
Restrooms:  There are two main restrooms inside. A handicapped restroom is just inside the front door. There will be an additional Spot-A Pot outside by the rear of the building.
Parking:  All parking will be in the Wood Park parking lot to the left of the school. There will be no parking available on the Footlighter’s property.
Coats:  There is a coat rack in one of the upstairs rooms and one in the Event Tent.
Facilities: Tent will be enclosed, heated, & have room for dancing!
